I Subscriber or (Lessee) agree by purchasing subscription and or any of Internet Safe LLC ⓒ, research, products, is for account application for annual research only, all fees paid if 12 months paid in full or by subscription monthly payments for charges, are continuous and renews a new approval request on anniversary of the anniversary day first payment, these are simply account research application request fee divided into 12 equal monthly subscription payment charges only. Any and all charges are "non refundable" charges. Cancellations must be made during the 12th month of subscription, or it may and or will continue to a new year of subscription.
No applications, or requests, for licensing are suggested approved, promised, or guaranteed for acceptance, or to be approved, are not refundable, for account, creation or issuance of such licenses, and or licensing of any kind, you may be rejected, your account closed without refund, no notice, no reason, no explanation, no cause, any time, no remedy, to that end.
I Subscriber or (Lessee) agree that subscriptions and all other mention above and below are Nonrefundable, nontransferable, nonnegotiable, products and or received research requests approved or not, and that I have requested are for auto pay - auto renewing consecutive months and years until cancelled, continuous paid research, to be re researched upon original anniversary dates, each year, regardless if I am approved or not, for the revocable licenses, until I request cancellation before account creation anniversary.

I also agree I will not seek, accept, or receive any damages actual and or punitive to a combined limit totaling of no more than my actual costs of research and or subscription I had previously paid out of pocket.

I Subscriber or (Lessee) and (Visitors) agree even so subscription are per year, If Internet Safe LLC ⓒ grants to (Lessee) any license, it is for a period of no longer than each month of agreed research that is actually paid for, is non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable, non- sub-license-able, non-commercial, personal license to use Digital Content solely for (Lessee) private and personal or online commercial website, is for entertainment purposes, and use (the "License"). Internet Safe LLC ⓒ has the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a use of the Digital Content again is for private and personal website visitors, entertainment purposes only.
Any use of Digital Content other than for private and personal or commercial online business website entertainment purposes is strictly prohibited, unless permitted in writing by InternetSafe LLC.
I Subscriber or (Lessee) and (Visitors) agree and acknowledge that all the Digital Content belongs to Internet Safe LLC ⓒ or its Licensor or Licensors, and that Internet Safe LLC ⓒ or its Licensor or Licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Digital Content expressed or not expressly, leased or seemingly granted under this Agreement, including, without limitation, Internet Safe LLC ⓒ retains all rights, including copyrights, and trademarks.
I Subscriber or (Lessee) and (Visitors) agree If any alteration or modification of the Digital Content is strictly prohibited, constitutes a derivative work, you acknowledge and agree that you made such derivative work for Internet Safe LLC ⓒ Lessor, and/or its Licensor or Licensors with or without written permission, and that all rights associated with such derivative work will be owned solely by Internet Safe LLC ⓒ and/or its Licensor or Licensors. In addition, to the extent that any rights to any derivative work are not automatically deemed to be owned by Internet Safe LLC ⓒ and/or its Licensors, you hereby assign and transfer, and will deliver with all rights, any such has or is occurring, to Internet Safe LLC ⓒ and/or its Licensor or Licensors all right, title and interest in such derivative work, immediately.
I Subscriber or (Lessee) and (Visitors) also agree Internet Safe LLC ⓒ lessor and its licensors will not be liable for damages of any kind, including general, direct, special, incidental, and consequential damages, resulting from or arising out of my possession or use of the Digital Content (including data loss or corruption), regardless of whether such liability is based in tort, contract, or otherwise. If the foregoing limitation is held to be unenforceable, the maximum liability to you will not exceed the amount of the research costs you have incurred for only the current year, leading to safe verified approval or non approval, and creation of license, or not, the fees paid by you at the time of your account licensing, research request for creation, or renewal to gain a possibility of use of the Digital Content, or nothing.
Grant of Rights
I Subscriber or (Lessee) and (Visitors) further agree
1. The Licensed Material is not being sold; if (Lessee) is approve it is being provided to the Licensee under the terms of this agreement, which allows for use of Licensed Material but does not transfer ownership.

2. Licensee once and if approved, will only have the non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the Licensed Material for personal or business website purposes only. Any uses other than personal business website purposes must be approved by [Internet Safe LLC ⓒ] in writing.
3. Licensee's rights to the Licensed Material are worldwide, although the business, company, corporation, or LLC or other must have been formed, filed, created, based and operated, in one of the United States, and may do business outside of the U.S.
4. Unauthorized, unethical, wrongful, or illegal use OF ANY KIND, will result in immediate termination of this license including but not limited to legal action, and or criminal prosecution.

5. Licensee may not rent, sublicense, sublease, sell, assign, convey, or transfer Licensed Material, this Agreement or any of its rights under this Agreement. Licensee may not include the Licensed Material in an electronic template intended to be Reproduced by third parties on electronic or printed products.
6. Licensee may not sell, or lease, license, or distribute any derivative work based on the Licensed Material.
7. Licensee may not post the Licensed Material or lawyer magazines, online in a downloadable format or enable it to be distributed, unless permission is given in writing.
8. Licensee may not use Licensed Material in or on electronic items for resale.
9. Licensee may not use Licensed Material on physical items for resale
10. Licensee may not use the Licensed Material for unlawful purposes.
11. Licensee may not use the Licensed Material to gain public confidence, for wrongful, unethical, immoral, or illegal purposes.
12. Copyright

No ownership or copyright in any Licensed Material shall pass to Licensee by the issuance of the license contained in this Agreement.
Termination & Revocation
I Subscriber or (Lessee) also agree: The license contained in this Agreement will terminate automatically without reason, or notice from [ Internet Safe LLC ⓒ ] if Licensee fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement, fails to show good ethical Internet Safe LLC ⓒ standards, or any reason disclosed or undisclosed or reasons we choose,.
Upon termination, Licensee must immediately (i) stop using the Licensed Material; (ii) destroy the Licensed Material; and (iii) delete or remove the Licensed Material from Licensee’s premises, computer systems and storage (electronic or physical) and promptly confirm same to { Internet safe ⓒ ] in writing.
[ Internet Safe LLC ⓒ ] reserves the right to elect to terminate my account, revoke the license, for no reason, at ant time. Upon notice of any revocation of such license, Licensee shall immediately cease using such Licensed Material. Licensee shall delete all electronic copies of Licensed Material from its electronic storage media, confirming the same to [ Internet Safe LLC ⓒ ] in writing.
I/we agree at anytime the use of the Licensed Material for any including good or bad cause [Internet Safe LLC ⓒ] may elect to replace such Licensed Material with alternative Licensed Material at any time.
Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Licensee is urged to fully test the Licensed Material prior to use and bring any difficulties encountered to the attention of suppot@internetsafe.com ] in a timely manor. That I hold harmless[ Internet Safe LLC ⓒ disclaims all liability for incidental, consequential, and special damages arising out of any defects in materials and workmanship including warranties of fitness for use.
I Subscriber or (Lessee) and (Visitors) also agree, shall defend, indemnify, and hold [Brett Paulson, Chanry Paulson and family of Internet Safe LLC ⓒ and its respective officers, directors, holding companies and employees harmless from all damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees and permitted and authorized costs), arising out of or as a result of claims by third parties relating to Licensee’s use of any Licensed Material outside the scope of this Agreement and any other breach by Licensee of this Agreement.
